Organistry provides independent analytical services or those related to custom synthesis and process development services.
In the field of chromatography and coupling with MS our work includes:
- Development of new HPLC analytical methods that are compatible with MS and reproduction of methods described in pharmacopoeia.
- Development of Limit Test methods for genotoxic impurities (GTIs),solvents and other trace level impurities(HS-GC-MS, HPLC-MS).
- Study of impurity profiling and characterization for HPLC-MS and also the unknown impurities.
- Analysis by chiral HPLC to determine enantiomeric excess.
NMR
In the field of nuclear magnetic resonance we access daily to NMR equipment in SAI, where we conduct our analysis of 1H, 13C, 31P, 19F and also 2D-RMN experiments.
The equipment, which has a robot for self-service, are:
- Bruker Avance 500 with dual 1H/13C cryoprobe and BBI probe
- Bruker Avance III HD, 400 MHz.
We can make NMR from your own research projects at very competitive rates. We deliver the results (FID files) within 24 h.
We also carry out complete characterization reports, with the assignment of all signals.
