We review the literature to study the patent situation of an API and if its manufacture is viable we go ahead with experimental work that includes:[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner el_class=&#8221;tld-two-blocks tld-two-blocks-reverse&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Study of <strong>new preparations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of <strong>different synthetic routes<\/strong> and choice according to yield, API impurity profile, cost and availability of raw materials, simplicity and environmental impact.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Detailed study<\/strong> of reaction parameters, the connection between steps, the crystallization of the final product or its resolution and parameters that affect to polymorphism.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Identification of critical parameters<\/strong> and setting their <strong>range of security<\/strong> through experiments under conditions of stress.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Analytical support<\/strong> from the start of the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scaling and validation<\/strong> process in reactor (1-10 L).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preparation of standards<\/strong> of related impurities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;15514&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;right&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;right-to-left&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_row_inner el_class=&#8221;tld-two-blocks tld-two-blocks-reverse&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Communication with our customers is very close<\/strong>.
